If you need technical support, you're probably not happy right now.

I will do everything I can to minimize the pain. All I ask is that before you contact me:

• Be prepared to describe the problem in one or two sentences.
  Something like, "My site tells users 'Unable to connect to database' whenever they click the search button" is extremely helpful.

CPMS (Client Project Management System)

If you wish to track the progress of your project – not a bug fix or support request – you will want to do the following:

• Go to the CPMS home page*
• Click "Register" and fill out the form
• Click "Submit" and wait for your credentials
