If you need technical support, you're probably not happy right now.

I will do everything I can to minimize the pain. All I ask is that before you contact me, please do the following:

  • Do your best to describe the problem in one or two sentences.
    Something like, "My site tells users 'Unable to connect to database' whenever they click the search button" is extremely helpful.
  • Fill out a support ticket.
    You can fill out a support ticket before or after you contact me, but please be sure to do it soon. This allows both of us to track progress on your request.

CPMS (Client Project Management System)

If you wish to track the progress of your project – not a bug fix or support request – you will want to do the following:

  • Go to the CPMS home page*
  • Click "Register" and fill out the form
  • Click "Submit" and wait for your credentials

* Please note: To use my support tools, you will have to install a security certificate in your browser.
